Long-term Qualified Certificates.

You can use this form to request revocation for an issued certificate or seal. Revocation is only possible if

information is incorrect in the certificate (for example, first name / last name), or
if it is suspected that the key used for creating the certificate has been compromised.

In case of problems with submitting the form, please directly write to support@trust-services.io with your request (where applicable, quoting an Ident ID will help us in finding your case faster).

If preferred, please download the following revocation form for long-term qualified certificates or qualified seals and digitally sign it with a QES already. Please send this signed document to support@trust-services.io
